RICKY & KARI-ANN
The Navarro’s serve as Foursquare Missions Int'l Emissaries to the Caribbean. They have been in pastoral ministry since graduating from LIFE Bible College East in 1991. Ricky is a product of FMI in Puerto Rico and Kari-Ann grew up attending the longest standing Foursquare church in Florida.
Ricky & Kari-ann have a clear call to serve as a bridge to connect people from the US mainland with others around the world. Their call and experience allows them to facilitate strategic planning for national leaders, pastors and young adults/youth to aid in fulfilling the Great Commission. Jesus has uniquely equipped them to help contextualize ministry in our times. By combining logistics, strategic planning practices and effective use of technology, the Navarro’s are instrumental in helping pastors/leaders discover and embrace new opportunities to expand into new church models, plan for innovative church plants and mobilizing for increased discipleship occurrences and platforms.
Ricky & Kari-Ann have 4 children and 1 granddaughter. They enjoy traveling, movies and laughing. Being based out of Tampa, FL affords them easy access to work throughout the Caribbean, Central & South America while being close to family and friends.

This 3 year project to build an online platform began in 2020 at the behest of the President & Board of Directors of LCBJ. The Spring Semester of 2021 will be offered as a 100% online track. An all new staff of graduate level professors from the USA has been recruited to teach future Caribbean leaders. Future plans are to open registration to others around the world and phase in multiple language tracks.
The National Board of the Foursquare Church in Puerto Rico has requested help in developing new church plant strategies and to identify new viable church plant models. Two key components they have requested are digital discipleship & social media ministry. This is a 3-5 year project.
National leaders in the region have requested help in creating a Foursquare Youth identity among the Spanish speaking youth on the islands. We are working to build Digital discipleship kicking off towards a live digital experience event that will include youth from Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Cuba and Florida... the event is called "Ruido". The experience will kickoff a 2 year discipleship plan among young people.
